I had a surprising experience recently.<\/p>\n

During two unrelated conversations from two different individuals, I heard the exact same statement!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hearing it made my heart sing, but it caught me off guard each time, because what was said is not a common sentiment.<\/p>\n

The declaration was<\/p>\n

\u201cI love my life!\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Both of these friends are regular people, facing hardships and challenges in their lives.<\/p>\n

Yet they choose to feel happy rather than succumb to the outward appearance of their problems.<\/b><\/p>\n

In both conversations the enthusiasm was contagious, and I asked myself,<\/p>\n

\u201cCan I make the same claim? Do I love my life?\u201d<\/p>\n

What about you?<\/p>\n

Can you say you love your life?<\/p>\n

If not, what is keeping you from feeling the joy of a fulfilled and happy life?<\/p>\n

For a long time I have been studying and learning about human nature and the why and how of our thoughts and emotions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At one time in my life I had felt as if I was just \u201cgoing through the motions,\u201d with little joy to be found.<\/p>\n

Since that time I have learned how to create and experience the results of the conscious decision to live in joy.<\/b><\/p>\n

I will share what has helped me.<\/p>\n

But there is one warning. These tips may seem simple and insignificant, but if you are consistent in applying them, they have the potential to alter your direction for a positive, fulfilling life.<\/p>\n
