I had a most amazing experience the other day!<\/p>\n

During two, unrelated conversations, I heard the exact same phrase from two different people! I was caught off guard each time because what was said is not a common sentiment, and it made my heart sing!<\/p>\n

Would you like to know what I heard?<\/p>\n

\u201cI love my life!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Both of these friends are regular people with the many ups and downs and challenges of life, yet they obviously chose to feel happy rather than succumb to the outward appearances of their problems.<\/p>\n

Their enthusiasm was contagious and I thought to myself, \u201cCan I make the same claim?\u201d Do I love my life?<\/p>\n

What about you? Can you say you love your life?\u201d If not, what is keeping you from feeling the joy of a fulfilled and happy life?<\/p>\n

Even before that day with these two friends, I had been studying and learning about human nature and the why and how of our thoughts and emotions. At one time in my life I had felt as if I was just \u201cgoing through the motions,\u201d but since that time I have learned how to create and experience the results of the conscious decision to live in joy!<\/p>\n

Though this newsletter is not long enough to share all I\u2019ve learned (and I\u2019d encourage anyone who wants to go deeper to contact me<\/a>), I can share a few pointers with you here.<\/p>\n

Warning: These tips may seem simple and insignificant, but I can tell you, if you are consistent in applying them, they have the potential to alter your direction for a positive, fulfilling life.<\/p>\n
